NA-176 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 12 candidates who participated under NA-176 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Sheikh Fayyaz Uddin, Mian Ghous Muhammad, Syed Tanvir Hussain, Muhammad Azhar, Ammad Uddin, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Zeeshan,Chaudhry Muhammad Ejaz Shafi, Muhammad Majeed, Junaid Riaz, Syed Muhammad Abid Shah,Chaudhry Muhammad Akmal Siddique and Mian Abdus Sattar.
Sheikh Fayyaz Uddin won the elections by receiving 78536 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Mian Ghous Muhammad was who received 59860 votes.
