NA-201 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 8 candidates who participated under NA-201 Constituency of Sindh Province. These candidates were Khursheed Ahmed Junejo, Allah Bakhsh Unar, Qurat Ul Ain, Saifullah Abro, Shafqat Hussain Unar, Ghulam Murtaza Shah, Nazir Ahmad Bughio and Muhammad Ali Bughio.
Khursheed Ahmed Junejo won the elections by receiving 97051 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Allah Bakhsh Unar was who received 69111 votes.
