NA-123 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 13 candidates who participated under NA-123 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Muhammad Riaz, Wajid Azeem, Muhammad Latif Khan Saraa, Zahid Iqbal Malik, Hafiz Abdul Wadood, Tauseef Akmal Khan, Faraz Hashmi, Mian Mahmood Ahmed, Wahid Ahmed, Zaman Ali, Amjad Khan, Asif Mehmood and Humayun Akhtar Khan.
Muhammad Riaz won the elections by receiving 97193 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Wajid Azeem was who received 72535 votes.
