NA-128 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.

When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 14 candidates who participated under NA-128 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Sheikh Rohail Asghar, ljaz Ahmad, Muhammad Ashraf Asif, Manzoor Hussain, Zafar Ali Shah, Ali Adnan, Sohail Shoukat Butt, Muhammad Nazim, Raheel Hussain, Muhammad Fareed, Asif Mehmood, Syed Manzoor Ali Shah Gillani, Syed Aqeel Haider Abbas and Humayon Shoukat Ali Butt.

Sheikh Rohail Asghar won the elections by receiving 98199 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor ljaz Ahmad was who received 52774 votes.
