NA-139 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.

When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 17 candidates who participated under NA-139 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Rana Muhammad Ishaq Khan, Azeam Uddin Zahid Lakhvi, Syed Maqsood Ali Shah, Syed Raza Abbas, Sardar Muhammam Atif Nakai, Ghulam Murtaza, Arshad Ali, Sardar Iqbal Atta Sukhera, Ijaz Ali Bhatti, Atta Muhammad, Abdul Aziz Azeez, Rana Liaqat Ali Khan, Zaeem Uddin Abid, Sardar Muhammad Asif Nakai, Muhammad Mirza, Syed Muhammad Amaar Kazmi and Irshad Muzammil.

Rana Muhammad Ishaq Khan won the elections by receiving 121767 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Azeam Uddin Zahid Lakhvi was who received 112893 votes.
