NA-155 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 16 candidates who participated under NA-155 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Malik Muhammad Aamir Dogar, Sheikh Muhammad Tariq Rasheed, Muhammad Ayub, Muhammad Khalid Khakwani, Muhammad Aleem, Malik Liaqat Ali Dogar, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti, Mazhar Abbas, Rana Nadeem Ahmed, Syed Taqi Haidar Shah, Abdus Sattar Khan Tareen, Noshin Afshan, Muhammad Hashim Rasheed, Karamat Ali, Muhammad Atif Imran and Imran Mustafa Khokhar.
Malik Muhammad Aamir Dogar won the elections by receiving 135726 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Sheikh Muhammad Tariq Rasheed was who received 80993 votes.
