NA-181 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.

When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 11 candidates who participated under NA-181 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Doctor Muhammad Shabbir Ali Qureishi, Malik Sulatan Mahmood Hinjra, Malik Ghulam Mustafa Khar,Chaudhary Ehsan ul Haq Ahsan, Muhammad Ashraf Khan Rind, Muhammad Sajjad Shahid, Benazir Fatima Qureishi, Malik Ahmed Yar Hanjra, Farooq ur Rehman, Khalida Perveen and Iftikhar Ali.

Doctor Muhammad Shabbir Ali Qureishi won the elections by receiving 64012 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Malik Sulatan Mahmood Hinjra was who received 54253 votes.
