NA-182 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 16 candidates who participated under NA-182 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Mahar Irshad Ahmad Khan Sial, Jamshed Ahmad Dasti, Hammad Nawaz Khan Tipu, Tehmina Dasti, Syed Chiragh Ali Gilani, Amman Ullah, Muhammad Hussain, Rana Mushtaq Ahmad, , Muhammad Yousif Hanjra, Muhammad Yaseen, Imtiaz Hussain, Mehnaz Saeed Durrani, Nawab Zada Muhammad Ahmed Khan Babar, Muhammad Naeem Akhtar, Qayoom Nawaz Khan and Muhammad Kashif Fareed.
Mahar Irshad Ahmad Khan Sial won the elections by receiving 53054 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Jamshed Ahmad Dasti was who received 50566 votes.
