NA-186 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 6 candidates who participated under NA-186 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Aamir Talal Khan Gopang, Sardar Muhammad Daud Khan Jatoi, Sardar Khizar Hayat Khan Gopang, Syed Haroon Ahmed Sultan Bukhari, Muhammad Shafi Khan and Ghous Bakhsh Fareedi.
Aamir Talal Khan Gopang won the elections by receiving 62915 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Sardar Muhammad Daud Khan Jatoi was who received 52790 votes.
