NA-216 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.

When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 12 candidates who participated under NA-216 Constituency of Sindh Province. These candidates were Shahzia Jannat Marri, Kishin Chand Parwani, Jam Nafees Ali Khan, Saeed Ahmad, Khuda Bux, Quratulain Marri, Muhammad Aslam, Yasir Ali, Ali Muhammad Marri, Aurangzeb, Muhammad Hashim and Jam Muhammad Farooq Ali Khan.

 Shahzia Jannat Marri won the elections by receiving 80752 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Kishin Chand Parwani was who received 70436 votes.
