NA-233 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.

When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 10 candidates who participated under NA-233 Constituency of Sindh Province. These candidates were Sikandar Ali Rahoupoto, Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah, Shuja Ahmad, Kesso Mal Kheel Das, Abdul Rahman Memon, Shah Meer Gopang, Abdul Nabi Shah, Ghulam Abbas Peerzada, Saeed Ahmed Jatt and Roshan Ali Buriro.

 Sikandar Ali Rahoupoto won the elections by receiving 133492 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah was who received 81289 votes.
