NA-246 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.

When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 16 candidates who participated under NA-246 Constituency of Sindh Province. These candidates were Abdul Shakoor Shad, Ahmad Bilal Saleem Qadri, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Moulana Noor Ul Haq, Saleem Zia, Mehfooz Yar Khan, Ejaz Ahmad, Hazrat Gul, Ahmad, Muhammad Arshad, Jawad Ahmad, Ghulam Muhammad Samoo, Muhammad Irshad, Muhammad Anwar, Abid and Umm e Kalsoom.

Abdul Shakoor Shad won the elections by receiving 52750 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Ahmad Bilal Saleem Qadri was who received 42345 votes.
