NA-251 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 13 candidates who participated under NA-251 Constituency of Balochistan Province. These candidates were Syed Ameen Ul Haque, Muhammad Aslam, Muhammad Mumtaz Hussain Ansari, Muhammad Laeeque Khan, Muhammad Jamil Zia, Fahad Shafiq, Muhammad Nehal Malik, Sohail Khan, Naeem Ullah, Iqra Muzzammal, Syed Shahid Iqbal, Ziarat Khan and Asif Saleem.
Syed Ameen Ul Haque won the elections by receiving 56888 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Muhammad Aslam was who received 33462 votes.
