NA-252 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 16 candidates who participated under NA-252 Constituency of Balochistan Province. These candidates were Aftab Jahangeer, Abdul Qadir Khanzada, Muhammad Furqan, Abdul Majeed, Abdul Khaliq Mirza, Muhammad Ayub Khan, Iftikhar Akbar Randhawa, Abdul Latif Rind, Samina Sohail, Akram Khan, Muhammad Sajid Hussain, Farhat Hussain, Fazal Rabi, Muaammad Qamar Siddique, Riaz Khan and Sheikh Abdullah.
Aftab Jahangeer won the elections by receiving 21065 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Abdul Qadir Khanzada was who received 17858 votes.
