NA-266 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.
When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 20 candidates who participated under NA-266 Constituency of Balochistan Province. These candidates were Agha Hassan Baloch, Hafiz Hussain Ahmad, Jamal Khan Tarakai, Zain ul Abideen Khan Khilji, Prince Ahmad Umar Ahmedzai,Mir Riaz Ahmad Shahwani, Nawab Muhammad Khan Shahwani, Moulana Muhammad Ramzan Mengal, Muhammad Younas, Sardar Ahmad Khan Shahwani, Qutab Ali,Muhammad Imran Bangulzai, Sardar Sher Din Khan Zagar Mengal, Paind Khan, Malik Mehmood Yar Shahwani, Mir Muhammad Usman Parkani, Allauddin, Bibi Nasreen Gull, Malik Abdul Razzaq Satooryani and Mir Sikandar Shahwani.
Agha Hassan Baloch won the elections by receiving 20034 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Hafiz Hussain Ahmad was who received 11057 votes.
