NA-36 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government. When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 12 candidates who participated under NA-36 Constituency of KPK Province. These candidates were Muhammad Anwar, Ishfaq Ahmad Khan, Mansoor Kamal Marwat, Muhammad Ali, Inam Ullah Khan, Aziz Khan, Ashraf Ali Khan, Abdullah, Gul Razan Shah, Imran Nawab, Muhammad Idress Khan, Haji Jamil Ur Rehman Nasir, Abdul Hayyat, Imran Ullah Khan, Ameer Nawaz Khan, Najib Ullah Khan, Nasim Ullah and Sher Afzal Khan.

Muhammad Anwar won the elections by receiving 91065 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Ishfaq Ahmad Khan was who received 81849 votes.
