NA-46 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government. When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 40 candidates who participated under NA-46 Constituency of Pakistan National Assembly. These candidates were Sajid Hussain Turi, Syed Iqbal Mian, Syed Irshad Hussain, Ibrar Hussain, Muhammad Hussain Turi, Ali Begum Khan, Fazal Rabi, Syed Munir Syed, Waqar Ahmad, Zahid Hussain Toori, Anayat Hussain, Jamil Hussain S/O Kamal Hussain, Muhammad Naseeb, Mushtaq Ali, Muhammad Shehzad, Amir Abbas, Abdul Ghafar, Sher Hussain, Shabir Hussain, Inayat Ali, Hashmast Hussain, Mansab Ali, Mumtaz Hussain, Mehmood Ali Jan and Jamil Hussain S/O Yousif Hussain.

Sajid Hussain Turi won the elections by receiving 21461 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Syed Iqbal Mian was who received 16938 votes.
