NA-51 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government. When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 19 candidates who participated under NA-51 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Abdul Shakoor, Qaisar Jamal, Baz Gul, Abdullah, Shahi Khan, Hazrat Nawaz, Ikram Ullah, Younis Khan, Muhammad Sobail Bettani,Jumhah Khan,Miraj Gul,Kifayat Ullah, Ghulam Badshah, Aimal Khan, Allauddin, Abid Rehman, Ishfaq Khan Bettani, Wazir Badshah and Rozi Shah.
Abdul Shakoor won the elections by receiving 21896 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Qaisar Jamal was who received 18689 votes.
