NA-54 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government. When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 27 candidates who participated under NA-54 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Asad Umar, Anjum Aqeel Khan, Hafeez ur Rehman, Mian Muhammad Aslam, Raja Imran Ashraf, Malik Sajid Mehmood Awan, Zubair Farooq Khan, Anwar Khan, Ismat Raza, Hamid Shamim, Tayyab Nawaz Malik, Shams ur Rahman, Anwar Ul Haq, Azeem Khan, Aamir Naeem, Maomoonah, Muhammad Ashraf Shehzad Khan, Chan Mehboob Noon Awan, Fatima Malik, Saima Sheraz, Nosheen Gul Kharal, Usama, Shamakh Hassan Khan, Tasneem ul Haq Hasni, Badee ur Rehman and Mian Aftab Ahmad.
Asad Umar won the elections by receiving 56945 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Anjum Aqeel Khan was who received 32991 votes.
