NA-59 Election Results (2018)
The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government. When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.
In the elections of 2018, there were 10 candidates who participated under NA-59 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Ghulam Sarwar Khan Bojh, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Raja Qamar ul Islam, Malik Muhammad Taj, Chaudhry Muhammad Kamran Ali Khan, Safdar Ali Khan, Moulana Abdul Ghaffar Ghufari Tuheedi, Muhammad Amin Khan and Tariq Bashir Raja.
Ghulam Sarwar Khan Bojh won the elections by receiving 89055 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan was who received 66369 votes.
