NA-85 Election Results (2018)

The three major parties who competed with each other in the general elections of 2018 were the PTI led by Imran Khan, the PLM-N led by Shehbaz Sharif, and the PPPP led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the elections by securing maximum votes and ultimately formed the government.

When we look at the provincial level, the PTI was the ruling party in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP); the Pakistan Peoples Party maintained its position in Sindh and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan.

In the elections of 2018, there were 13 candidates who participated under NA-85 Constituency of Punjab Province. These candidates were Haji Imtiaz Ahmad Choudhary, Mushahid Raza, Asif Bashir, Muhammad Haq Nawaz, Mohammad Riaz Farooq Sahi, Muhammad Akbar, Najas Bibi, Yasir Saddiq, Ch. Akhtar Abbas Bosal, Sher Muhammad Gondal, Naeem Bashir, Ijaz Ahmed and Akhtar Nawaz Faisal.

Haji Imtiaz Ahmad Choudhary won the elections by receiving 99996 votes as MNA candidate. His other competitor Mushahid Raza was who received 80367 votes.
